Always plan the packing and
moving schedule at least one week in advance. Inform your travel plan to us
so that packing schedule can be smooth and hassle free.
Keep photocopies of R.C.Book and
Current Insurance policy of the vehicles which are to be transported ready.
In case if you are moving to other states check for the need of No Objection
Certificate from transport Department.
Inform the change of address to
the nearest Post Office and Neighbors so that postal letters and courier
Documents can be redirected.
If you are sending a Car please
make sure at least Ten to Fifteen liters of fuel is remaining in the tank.
If you are sending Two Wheeler please empty the fuel tank.
Keep the valuables like Jewelry,
Watch, Property Documents, Rental Agreements, Electricity Cards, Travel
Documents, and Cash etc aside. This will avoid unnecessary confusion at the
last moment.
Avoid transporting inflammable
items such as Liquid Petroleum Gas (L.P.G) Cylinders, Petrol, Kerosene and
Crackers. It is illegal and risky too.
Avoid transporting liquids like
cooking oil. Incase of spillage it will spoil the other items.
At the day of packing please
avoid cooking at home to ensure smooth quick packing.
